Why we started CollabRev
Independent practices and growing groups face the same pressure: payer rules that keep changing, rising costs and staff stretched thin by paperwork. Too often their billing company sends a report once a month and is hard to reach in between.
We built CollabRev to work the other way. Billing, credentialing and virtual front-office support sit in one team, so information moves between them. When a credentialing delay is about to hold up claims, the billing team already knows. When a prior authorization is missing, an assistant catches it before the visit.
